The Dares Salaam Police Station has killed a man allegedly being robbery in Buza's city while trying to escape the soldiers while he was going to show them where they were hiding with other colleagues.
Speaking to journalists in Dar, RPC Lazaro Mambosaasa said the suspect was arrested with a pistol and when he was interviewed he admitted to involvement in various trafficking events in Mbagala and Kibiti areas.
"When the interviewer admitted to involvement with robbery events and to mention his colleagues, he promised to send us in when they hid weapons in Buuza areas. As they approached the scene when they hid the weapons and began to run and tried to escape the soldiers, the police ordered him not to stop but he did.
"The police shot one shot and injured him, and later lost his life and body to the Muhimbili National Hospital for investigation and preservation. But some of us are looking for them because he mentioned them by names and places where they live.
The army also holds Majid Abdallah (31) arrested by a pistol while hiding in the bedside of the bed. He said the investigation of the case goes on and the suspect will be sentenced to court immediately.
